Dekalb Market is a community destination in Downtown Brooklyn. Dekalb Market is housed in a collection of salvaged shipping containers, that bring together Brooklyn’s creative entrepreneurs in a community setting that include an incubator farm, events and performance venue, and a collection of eateries and work-sell spaces.

Please join weekends at Dekalb Market 2012 and participate in our outdoor market!
* 50+ retail & food vendors showcasing arts & crafts, antiques, new & vintage clothing, jewelry, prints & more
* A curated flower and garden market
* Activities & workshops for adults and children centered around cooking, farming, gardening, and arts and crafts.
* Live music from local bands & DJ sets
* Beer and Wine Garden, lots of food, and plenty of seating
* Much more programming being added all the time
Seeking Vendors and Workshop Leaders:
We strive to curate an outdoor market filled with innovative makers to sell their handcrafted wares and food. Have a business involving arts/crafts education for kids or adults, a local farm or eco-based organization? Come up with something new altogether? Want more involvement in the community and improve your visibility? We would love to have you at one of our activity tents and/or lead a workshop or two. Once we receive your sign up form to be a vendor or lead a workshop/activity (see below), we will go through a careful selection process to ensure a variety of products and experiences.
About Dekalb Market
Dekalb Market 2012 will include: Dance parties, free open-air markets, unique foodie events, bike in movie nights, lobster boils, roller derbies and an ongoing series of special live music performances. All of this alongside the new permanent Dekalb Market Beer & Wine Garden, featuring local craft beer, wine and sangria, the ideal spot to hang out with friends, relax in the sun and take a break from the excellent shopping, set against the gritty-cool urban backdrop of downtown Brooklyn. Open seven days a week, locals and visitors can now spend a leisurely morning, afternoon or evening!

Fee is waived for workshops/demos/activities

Those who do full weekend must remove belongings overnight Saturday.
